Guidelines
My process at Contiki was to understand and document different departments and partners work flows within the UK and Australian offices. I found that output of media and the user experience across the brand and its products the messaging and design was often out dated or not followed correctly. By collating these issues and workshopping our current place in the market along with our indented direction I was able to create this fully realised and expansive Brand Guidelines documentation. Giving different departments both the restrictions to make clear and concise project decisions within a framework that also gave room for creativity where needed.
