In this project, a white label B2B tech platform that gives the ability for clients to connect real human experts to end users, I undertook a comprehensive role encompassing brand creation, visual identity, user experience design, information architecture, photography, and full front-end development. The objective was to craft a cohesive and engaging digital platform that effectively showcases the expertise of professionals featured on the site.
Research + Discovery
The project commenced with an in-depth research phase to understand the target audience and market landscape. Through stakeholder interviews and analysis of user needs, I developed detailed personas and user journeys. This groundwork informed the site’s structure and functionality, ensuring alignment with both user expectations and business goals.Initial mark + logotype ideation


Brand Identity + Visual Design
Building a strong brand identity was paramount. I designed a versatile logo and established a consistent visual language, including color schemes and typography, that reflects the brand’s ethos. Additionally, I created print collateral such as business cards and brochures to maintain brand consistency across various mediums.Final mark + logotype



User Experience + Information Architecture
A user-centric approach guided the development of the site’s information architecture. I organized content into a logical hierarchy, facilitating intuitive navigation. Wireframes and prototypes were created to map out key user interactions, which were then tested and refined to enhance usability and engagement.Initial Wireframes



Final Design + Front-End Development
The final phase involved translating the design into a functional website. I developed high-fidelity mockups and implemented them using clean, semantic HTML and CSS, ensuring responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility. Custom iconography and interactive elements were integrated to enrich the user experience. Performance optimization techniques were applied to ensure swift load times and smooth interactions.

Outcomes + Reflections
The completed platform successfully merges aesthetic appeal with functional design, providing users with an engaging and seamless experience. Feedback from stakeholders highlighted the site’s intuitive navigation and cohesive branding. This project reinforced the importance of a holistic approach to design and development, where each element contributes to the overall user experience. The platform eventually went whitelabel and was bought out by Goldman Sachs.
